To management - I've been a faithful patron for years. Please fix this problem so I can come back!
How hard is it to simply put black, dark roast coffee in a cup? I've been here 3 times and today will be my last. I've gotten cold coffee when it was supposed to be hot, a small when I paid for an extra large, sweetened coffee when it was supposed to be black, and all three times I was given regular coffee when I ordered dark roast. I even turned around in the turnpike to make them correct my order. At first I thought it was due to new staff or the location's only recent opening. It's been six months and they still CAN'T or WON'T get their act together. There is another location about a mile from here on 206, it's worth the 30 second detour. Avoid the 130 branch at ALL costs.
best coffee shop in city. It's clean and easy access. The staff is the greatest.

This place used to be fantastic but after a steady stream of either weak (diluted?) coffee or improperly made coffee (skim & Splenda), I'm taking a break. It's worth it to me to go somewhere else, get out of the car and go inside a different store to avoid another morning of cruddy coffee.
