They are warm, kind, and accomidating. They are professional and fun and always make me feel comfortable and do a great job with my hair. They have a lot of stylists, though I do have my favorite, they are all great! I only go for my hair, but they do offer other services, like nails, waxing and even massage and I'm sure those are all great too.
