I contacted this dealership after being rebuffed by another. On September 19, I sent an email inquiry and called. I was transferred to Kelly. I explained I was shopping for a Bug on the internet and found one in their stock I wanted. I inquired could I have the seats changed out to leather and he said no problem. He made the arrangements to have their installer do that over a two day period. He made this experience very smooth and hassle-free. I trusted him and he nailed it! But, he also trusted me (a voice over the phone) that I was flying up and arriving on the 23rd to purchase my Bug. My leathers seats are beautiful!!! My car drives like a dream and it was an easy ride all 1200+ miles home. I cannot thank Kelly enough. I would refer any of my family that still lives in the area and friends to come and see him. He's personable, knowledgeable and will get the job done professionally. You'll walk away knowing you were taken care by his exceptional service. -AG
It's always nice to walk into a place and feel welcome. Kelly got us a cup of coffee while we had our oil changed and tried his best to get us to trade into something new, but we are not ready at this time...but here we sit looking at your website and seeing what would fit us best. Honestly, we had more fun talking with Kelly than anything else. Service was awesome and all the staff were friendly. We are coming in at the end of the month to trade!
