Beware - EZ pass Auto-use- I declined their EZ Pass and was told, no problem, can leave it closed and use my own. EZ pass did charge on mine but now I get a bill for the tolls and a $11.85 surcharge for using it from Budget. I did not sign anything with them to be charged for this.

I have been going to this branch for years even if other car rental companies are closer to me geographically. Nadia and her boyfriend run this Budget office and they provide unmatched service. They are highly professional providing, warm and friendly service. Vehicle pick up and drop off is always a breeze. The vehicles are always clean.
No gimmicks and zero frustrations. They don't pressure you into something you don't want. I'll keep going back to this location as long as they keep their way of business the same.
