This is a nice clean laundromat. But today, December 2nd, I accidentally put money in the wrong machine with someone else's clothes and there is no attendant on the premises!
Although I have a washer and dryer at home I do go here occasionally for larger items and to laundry Salon towels. My experience and laundromats prior to this has not been good this place however is clean, bright and an overall great experience.

Where is Diane? She was so helpful, and very friendly. I dropped off my clothes for washing. She called me when the clothes were ready for pickup. She folded the sheets and towels better than I ever could! Occasionally, she could be found sweeping the outside premises. I do miss her. On another note, have you considered offering a prepaid system? Sometimes, I (and I am quite sure others) must make a quick trip to the bank for my quarters. A prepaid account would be awesome and a time-saver. OH! One more thing. I know that at times, you cannot control the behavior of the children. Have you considered a 'kiddie corner' for the children to color, which may curtail them from running around? Each child would have one page to color to take home. Have a great day!
This laundry mat is at the perfect place in the shopping plaza and across from Lourdes Hospital. Cleanliness is their motto, meaning the grounds is always clean in and out and the staff whom I encountered works Monday through Friday morning shift is a good customer service representative. Her personality is the key to making this business a success.
