This place is a joke. Rent somewhere else. They are unorganized and have zero customer service. I made a reservation there with a sales rep because I had problems at the location closer to me and was told this one would be better. I drive 35 minutes out of my way, and when I arrive they have no truck for me and basically told me to screw off. Save yourself the aggravation and rent with anyone but penske .
Helpful employees and good mechanics. Trucks are kept in good condition.
Put in an order for a 26 ft gated unit, gave 5 days ahead of reservation. Unit wasn't brought back on time, which was not Penskes fault. Ended up with a 16 ft which caused a higher cost to me, as 2 trips were needed rather than the 1 expected. Was given a lower rate and a discount to make it right. I appreciated that the staff did that.
