Good place for the price, units are old and water gets in units around some of the doors. Most of the staff is great.
When I returned the truck, It took a few minutes for the kid to waddle out to check the mileage and what not. Then he couldn't get my credit card to work on his mobile payment machine so I had to give them my credit card for the 3rd time. Everything else was fine. the truck was clean and drove fine.
Purchased moving supplies. It was considerably less expensive than the local storage place nearby. They also helped me carry the boxes to my car.
Generally the experience was acceptable, but I reduced to 4 stars because the service was a bit slow and I had reserved a dolly online and when I showed up, they didn't have dollies.
I made a reservation online. It took me 10-15 min to pick up the truck. When they told me there had no dollies I ended up renting a hand ruck which I ended up not using. The manager initially forgot to put the hand truck in the vehicle, so I had to track her down to get the hand truck, since she disappeared after she handed off the vehicle to me.
I like this place but the office never seems organized. I ordered moving supplies offline and when I got there (after receiving the order pickup email) my order wasn't complete. Major things were missing. The girl was friendly but we had to go over the receipt three times before I left to make sure everything was correct. My storage space was small and I think I paid way too much for the space I had. Not sure I'll rent here again.
Robbery, Horrible experience...Find another place to go... Seriously you will regret it
