Every time I come here i order the same thing, fully loaded fries with ranch on the side. And every time I come here they mess up my order. It's either strips of bacon on my fries instead of crumbles, a half teaspoon of cheese on the fries, or they forget my ranch on the side. The service is terrible EVERY TIME! UPDATE: I just came here to order and a girl said over the drive thru speaker " we aren't taking any orders now, come back later" As i drove past, there were customers in the lobby. Not sure why I even considered wasting my money at this place again.
Went to this place at 1am, they don't close til 3. I got told the computers were down and they couldn't take any order for 15 minutes. Sounds like they didn't want to do anything and were just screwing off to me.
Most unprofessional business I have ever experienced! I literally almost got robbed by the drive thru attendant.he stated my 20 dollar bill was fake and I almost gave him another 20 until I asked for the bill back. He stated that they must confiscate the fake bill. So I asked to speak to a manager because I wanted to see if the bill was really fake. So I parked my car and went inside to deal with a manager who literally couldn't care less and wouldn't give me and info.so I asked to see the bill which he gave back and it had no marks on it to see if it was real or fake.long story short he gave me a free meal and my money back.I just wonder how many people this guy actually got.so all in all never go here again you might get robbed.
My family and I have been comming to this location for about two decades and we've always been satisfied with the quality of food and services. However, today I feel sorry to say that is not the case. The sandwiches and fries we received were barely warm and not cooked properly, taste was subpar. I hope that these concerns will be met with serious actions and the next time we come back, they will be rectified.
Fries where not cooked and where soggy ! Got charged $11.49 for two basic chicken sandwhiches with cheese and two large fries ! Was given two medium fries ! The chicken sandwhiches had mayonaise and lettuce not cheese !
