We were greeted at the door fairly quickly, nice happy faces, we were given a seat quickly as well but we had to wait 10 minutes just to put in our drinks (3 waters, kids Dr P, and a kids Chocolate milk), they didn't come back for another 10 minutes, and without our drinks! Finally we got our drinks and our food but our waiter spent a lot of the time at another table just chatting. Service was Okay, food was great, but I feel management was slacking.
After a day of shopping stopped in for late lunch. Hadn't been there in years. Relatively empty, seated quickly. Ordered French dip only to be told they did not have the meat for it. It was FRIDAY afternoon at TGI Fridays, just prior to the dinner rush! While waiting for lunch to come, began looking around, and the filth matched the smell. Ready to get up and run. Received our meals. The fries were reheated, the bun on the burger was stale and cold. Other meal was salad, was ok. Floor sticky, mirrors throughout the bar and front doors were filthy. Nothing updated since the place was opened. Manager circled around restaurant several times with no customer interaction. Only chatted to employees. Owner should be ashamed of condition and cleanliness. Deserves a minus rating! Never again!
BY FAR THE WORST TGI FRIDAY'S WE'VE EVER BEEN TO!!!!!! I came three hours to visit my husband who is out of town. We wanted to have dinner and some drinks. TGI Friday's has always been a good spot for us. Not this one. Flies and fruit flies everywhere including the bathroom. You eat your meal while swating them away. There were black things floating in my husbands beer, at first we thought it was fruit flies, but were told it's from the line in the tap. Regardless, kind of gross. My husband asked for the manager. He just shrugged it off as that is common in this area. Said he would pass my husbands info on to the owner, that's doubtful. Now I'd like to say the food was good, our wait staff was very nice and helpful. Also apologetic. That was about the only good experience.
Had to seat ourselves receive our own menus from behind the counter waitress was very nice warming and inviting however the food we received was mediocre french fries was very cold the chicken sandwich was good the white cheddar broccoli soup was probably the best thing that we ordered Cajun Chicken Pasta look like dirty pasta but it was okay I would not recommend this place the menu was limited and their endless apps is a joke it is $15 for only four different appetizers they took a majority of the appetizers off of the Endless appetizer menu
Do not go! Waited 40 mins before getting WATER! The hostess was beyond miserable with an attitude. After finally getting food... stuffing our faces... to find a flipping SPIDER crawling around our appetizer plate!!!!! The only thing good about this place was the bubbly waitress... she deserves to work at a better place then this! Love Friday’s, but not this location!
